What is Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is a collection of marinas owned and operated by Seven Kings Holdings, a leader in marina management, located throughout the East coast of Florida. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ currently includes nine (9) facilities from north to south: Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana, South Lantana, Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach and Miami. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers wet and dry slips, depending on the location, and provides unsurpassed service and amenities. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities are open to the public and offer transient, monthly, seasonal or annual slip rentals.
What are the benefits of joining from Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is open to the public and we consider our tenants “Members.” Each property offers comparable benefits including concierge level service, on-site amenities such as captain’s lounges with complimentary gourmet coffee, newspapers and boating publications, clean upscale restrooms, reciprocal use of other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities, virtual offices with fax, copy and internet access.
Each property has unique benefits such as wet slips, dry slips, annual leases, seasonal leases, weekly or daily transients opportunities. Laundry facilities, on-site repairs and maintenance, haul-out, fuel such as hi-octane gasoline or marine grade diesel, on-site restaurants, pools, gymnasium, spa, cable, phone and/or other amenities are again unique to each Loggerhead Club & Marina™.
Membership in Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers traditional marina access with modern amenities, social interaction such as rendezvous and picnics, and singular ownership providing continuity and consistency.
What is the relationship between Loggerhead Club & Marina™ and Loggerhead Marinelife Center?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is committed to marine conservation. Therefore, Loggerhead Club & Marina™ agreed to make a near seven figure contribution to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center for the construction of a new 13,000 square foot campus in Juno Beach, Florida. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a marine hospital and rehabilitation center whose mission is to assist injured sea life, especially endangered sea turtles, and educate the public about conservation of our treasured waterways.
We encourage our Members to visit and support the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. We will be adding a kiosk to each marina to provide helpful tips on the water. Membership information for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center will also be available. Is Loggerhead Club & Marina™ a “Clean Marina”?
Our marinas in St. Petersburg, Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, South Lantana, Hollywood and Aventura are designated “Clean Marinas.” The other marina’s are in various states of approval for their respective designations as Clean Marinas.
Do you have Wet Slips?
Yes. We have 143 wet slips and can accommodates boats up to 55’ long, 17 wide. 22 of our 143 wet slips are covered.
What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
Depth of marina basin is 5’- 8’.
Do you have Dry Storage?
Yes. We offer 327 Hurricane rated dry storage racks accommodating boats up to 45feet LOA, 15 wide and 16’high. Max. 30,000 lbs
Do you rent boats?
No. We do not rent boats at our marina.
What are the hours for Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - St Petersburg?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week.
What do we do if there is an emergency after hours?
First call 911, then you can call any of the following; Coast Guard 727.896.6137, Channel 16 VHF and/or LCM-Harbormaster's office and they will contact Harbormaster. 727.867.2600
What is the closest airport?
We are conveniently located within reasonable driving distance to 4international airports. The closet airport is Clearwater/St. Pete International Airport, which is about 25 minutes away. Tampa Internatinal Airport is a quick trip across the bay and is about 35 minutes away. A 50 minute drive to the south is the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and 90 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
Do you allow live-aboards?
No.
Do you offer new or used boat sales?
Not presently.
Do you sell gas or diesel?
Yes, ValvTect Marine Specific Mid Grade Gasoline and Low-Sulfur Diesel.
Do you sell bait?
Not at this time.
Are there any good fishing locations near you?
Fishing in the Greater Tampa Bay area is one of the greatest spots on the west coast of Florida. Some popular hot spots include the Skyway Channel, Fort de Soto and Egmont Key. North of us you will find Caledesi and Honeymoon Island all within 45 minutes from our marina. Inshore fishing you will be able to catch snook, trout, redfish, snapper, croaker and tarpon. Offshore fishing in the gulf middle grounds 60 -80 miles west of LCM St. Pete, you will catch grouper, kingfish, cobia and pompano.
Do you have on-site pump-out service and how do I arrange for pump-out service?
Yes, we have a complimentary pump out service located at our fuel dock.Call our Harbormaster's office to make arrangements
How far away is the beach?
Several beaches all along the Gulf of Mexico - within 3 miles.
Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
By boat, Egmont Key, Shell Island 30-45 minutes away. Pass-a-grille beach, Caladesi and Honeymoon Island 30-60 minutes away. More details on previous info sheet.
Are there any areas close by to go water skiing?
Yes, Intracoastal Waterway.
Are there any restaurants on the water that we can get to?
Yes, Sand Bar Restaurant @ Structure E Bridge (Tierra Verde), Billy Moorings(Tierra Verde) located 1 mile before Ft. Desoto entrance. More rest info on info sheet faxed to you.
Are there any fixed bridges in the area and if so, what is the height limit?
Yes. A fixed bridge is located at our marina entrance - 21' clearance.
